The Seven Seas Desalination Plant will be out of service for a further 24 hours.

According to WASA, this is to allow emergency repairs to the 24-inch main that carries water from the plant to the Authority’s distribution system.

The facility is expected back in service on or before 7am tomorrow, October 8th 2026.

Until then, WASA says several communities in the Central and South West districts may experience a disruption in supply.

These include:

● Vance River
● Guapo
● Gonzales
● Egypt Village
● New Lands
● Vessigny
● Parrylands
● Cochrane
● Mahaica
● Fanny Village
● Harriman Park
● Clifton Hill
● Cap-de-Ville
