Services have been fully restored at the Licensing Office on Wrightson Road, following a temporary disruption caused by electrical issues.
Moving forward, the public can access services at the office as normal.
The Transport Ministry said efforts to resolve the problem continued after services were not restored by the initially expected 2PM deadline.
