Pan Trinbago is warning that measures under the proposed Special Operations Bill could disrupt panyard activity and preparations for major steelpan events.
The organisation is seeking clarification from Government on how curfews, closed areas, permits and movement restrictions would apply to panyards and rehearsals.
It says access for players, arrangers and other personnel could be affected, particularly during preparations for Panorama and other cultural events.
