The newly created National Program for the Upkeep of Public Spaces (NPUPS) has won kudos for its work in Valencia, East Trinidad.
Councillor for Valencia West Neil De Silva said NPUPS is doing “important work” in Valencia, starting with K.P. Lands.
“These efforts are greatly appreciated and reflect a strong commitment to cleaner, safer, and better maintained communities for all residents,” Da Silva said in a statement.
He also thanked Minister of Rural Development and Local Government, Khadijah Ameen, for the initiative.
