Persons can now report careless driving by Maxi Taxis on the Priority Bus Route.
The Transport Ministry has launched a complaints hotline and it is encouraging persons to report dangerous or irresponsible driving practices, including speeding, improper overtaking, and other violations.
The number is: 625-1225, extensions 10010, 10011, and 10012.
The Ministry is encouraging persons to provide accurate details, such as the vehicle registration number, route, location, and time of the incident.
It says the initiative forms part of its ongoing commitment to improving road safety, enhancing accountability within the public transport sector, and ensuring a safer commuting environment for all citizens.
