Caribbean Airlines says 66,814 passengers travelled between Trinidad and Tobago in July, with its “enhanced summer schedule” helping to meet increased demand during the peak travel period.

In a statement posted today, the airline says additional flights were introduced to accommodate the seasonal demand in passenger increase, on the domestic airbridge.

The airline said it will continue to monitor passenger demand and adjust its operations as required for its customer’s maximum benefit.

Acting CEO Varma Khillawan also recognized CAL’s importance to Tobago’s economy particularly during the busy summer travel season, adding that the airline remains committed to providing a safe and reliable service for passengers.
