The body of a man has been found in the Heights of Aripo, Guanapo.
According to a Facebook post, members of the Hunters Search and Rescue Team, led by Shamshudeen Ayube, made the discovery yesterday.
This came after they received information about a missing 25-year-old man and began search operations in the area.
During the search, the team detected a foul odour, traced it to the roadside, and found the body.
Police were notified, and homicide investigators responded to the scene.
Authorities have not yet officially confirmed the identity of the deceased.
