Police have confirmed that 53-year-old Taradath Singh was murdered in Charlieville last evening.
According to a Guardian Media report, the former police officer, turned attorney, was killed while he was walking to his car after he left the gym.
He died at the scene.
This follows a similar incident last month, when gunmen fired several shots at his car when he arrived home.
