21 persons were arrested as police raided a gambling room in D’Abadie.
During a joint intelligence led operation between 1am and 5am yesterday, officers went to a business place where they found a room hidden behind a wall.
Further searches revealed several men in the room engaging in gambling activities.
The owner of the premises and 20 other men were arrested, while over $10,000 in TT currency and several bottles of alcohol were seized.
The owner is expected to be charged with Operating a Common House and Selling Intoxicating Liquour, while the men are expected to be charged with Assembling to Gamble.
