Two people have been granted bail on charges linked to the alleged abuse of a domestic worker.
Fareeda Balgobin was granted $650,000 bail, while her son Joshua Benny received $400,000 bail when they appeared virtually before a court yesterday.
Another co-accused, Rohit Sitahal, was previously granted $400,000 bail.
The charges stem from allegations that they abused and held a 42-year-old woman against her will between 2019 and 2026.
A sufficiency hearing is set for January 7th.
