AMCHAM T&T, and the U.S. Embassy have hosted a high-level dinner with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau.
The engagement on Monday, focused on energy, investment and supply chain security, and brought together senior U.S. officials and leading members of Trinidad and Tobago’s private sector.
AMCHAM says the talks provided an opportunity to discuss the country’s economic outlook and ways to deepen trade and investment with the United States.
Deputy Secretary Landau expressed optimism about future economic relations, noting continued interest and investment by U.S. companies in T&T.
