Additional sea and air transport is being arranged to meet demand for Tobago Carnival.
The Port Authority is expected to announce extra sailings on Monday, following concerns from travellers unable to secure ferry tickets for the October 30th to November 1st festival.
Caribbean Airlines has also confirmed plans to add nearly 7,000 seats on the airbridge.
The move follows concerns after the initial October ferry schedule listed only the APT James and Golden Carrier.
Tobago tourism officials and other stakeholders have warned that limited access could affect attendance and the island’s tourism sector.
