Library services at the new NALIS San Fernando Public Library will begin today at the Edan Centre on Harris Promenade.
The library will be open from 8:30AM to 6PM Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM.
The official opening ceremony was held yesterday and attended by Government ministers, including Education Minister Dr Michael Dowlath, and Ministers in the Office of the Prime Minister, Nicholas Morris and Darrell Allahar.
The facility will offer reading, technology and self-development programmes, as well as access to government services.
