Persons travelling to London for Privy Council appeals can now access a free, streamlined process for UK visa applications.
This was announced on the website of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
The process is available to appellants, respondents and their legal teams attending hearings in person.
Once a hearing date is confirmed, counsel can use the JCPC portal to indicate who will attend and who needs a visa.
The JCPC will then provide an invitation letter and guidance on the application process.
