The Princes Town Fire Station is set to reopen on Wednesday and will be fully operational.
The original station on High Street, Princes Town, was closed in June 2024 due to structural issues and health & safety concerns.
Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander told 103.1FM News that the former URP building on King Street has now been upgraded to permanently serve as the new station.
Minister Alexander said one of the recently acquired fire tenders will be allocated to the station for emergency response services to the district.
The Minister also confirmed that the San Juan Fire Station is expected to reopen in early September.
