Four additional gun-related charges have been laid against Kaia Sealy, following a virtual court hearing.
Guardian Media reported that the new charges include possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of a firearm to endanger life, and discharging a firearm within 40 metres of a public place.
These charges bring the total to eight, following earlier warrants for manslaughter and three counts of shooting with intent, to cause grievous bodily harm against police officers.
Police say while warrants have been issued, it has not yet been executed, as Sealy remains out of the jurisdiction.
Sealy’s attorneys say they will issue a detailed statement today.
