Digicel has announced an increase in the cost of several prepaid mobile plans, effective October 19th.
The increases range from $5 to $10, depending on the plan.
However, the provider says customers, who auto-renew within 48 hours of their plan expiring, will receive renewal discounts ranging from $10 to $30.
The new rates affect plans including Weekly Flex, Weekly Classic, Fortnight, Lite, Freedom and All In.
Digicel says the changes are being made to keep up with the changing telecommunications industry and support continued investment in its network, technology and services.
