A 29-year-old Penal man has been granted $75,000 bail after appearing in court charged with one count of Home Invasion.
Peter Marshall was not called upon to plead, with the matter adjourned to November 30th 2026.
He is accused of breaking into a house along Penal Rock Road in the early hours of October 6th 2026.
The female homeowner said she awoke and found the man in her bedroom, armed with a cutlass.
She raised an alarm, causing him to flee.
Marshall was held and charged following an investigation.
