THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has reportedly criticized the Police Service’s handling of the case involving two-year-old Angelo Tobias Plaza.
According to the Trinidad Express, he expressed deep dissatisfaction, saying he expected a much better response from investigators.
He also believes the matter was not properly managed from the start, and feels as if justice is not being served.
Little Angelo was first reported missing on May 11th, and despite extensive searches in different parts of Tobago, he is yet to be found.
Over the weekend, his stepfather was officially charged with his murder.
