Heritage Petroleum Company Limited says it has begun transitioning to upgraded pipeline infrastructure in the Tarouba area.
The project involved replacing around 10,000 feet of crude oil pipelinebeneath key infrastructure such as the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway and the Tarouba Link Road.
Acting CEO Kerry Rampersad says the upgrades strengthen safety, reliability and environmental protection.
The works, which began in September 2025 and were commissioned on May 24th, were carried out with minimal disruption to the public.
