The Pop-Up Kitchen, in Gasparillo, owned by 103.1FM personality DJ Venny, has been destroyed in a fire.
He confirmed the incident in a social media post this morning, saying the blaze occurred during the night.
The establishment was located at Nirvana Business Centre 3 in Harmony Hall and officially opened several months ago, on April 27th.
Despite this tragedy, Venny said operations will continue as normal at his other location in Penal.
A Fire Service official confirmed to 103.1FM News that a call was received shortly after midnight about a fire at Harmony Hall.
He added that a report with further details is pending.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident, fire officers responded to a call about a fire at a community centre in La Romaine.
The time of that fire last nighthas not been determined.
103.1FM News understands the blaze was brought under control quickly, with damage confined to one room.
No fatalities or injuries were reported.
