Member of Parliament for Tunapuna Roger Alexander has launched phase two of a constituency hairdressing course.
Over 200 participants registered, with classrooms set up to teach practical skills.
Alexander is encouraging participants to make the most of the opportunity.
“I have no problem opening up my office for my constituency and the people. There are persons here who are not from my constituency. I will not turn them away,” he told TTT News.
“It’s about citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, and they come, they learn something, and they leave. At the end of the day, I am proud, as of this moment, that they could just take the time out to be here.”
