A 43-year-old man was granted $150,000 bail when he appeared in court today charged with attempted murder.
McLean Sotio, of Platanite Trace, Penal, was arrested and charged following an attack on September 21st.
The TTPS says the victim, a 34-year-old man, was at his home in Penal, when three men forced open the front door.
They allegedly had an altercation with the victim earlier that night and proceeded to chop him several times about the body.
As part of his bail conditions, Sotio has been ordered to report to the Barrackpore Police Station.
