The THA’s Division of Community Development and the NUGFW have signed a Permanent List Agreement, to strengthen job security for some Daily-Paid Workers in that Division.
The agreement paves the way for eligible employees to move from the Regular List to the Permanent List, granting them permanent letters of appointment.
The THA says it also strengthens the supervision and deployment of Daily-Paid Workers, builds a fairer seniority structure, reduces prolonged stagnation in promotional opportunities, and supports better workforce and succession planning.
The agreement was signed on Wednesday.
