The University of the West Indies St. Augustine is set to host its Principal’s Research Awards and Festival from November 26 to 28, highlighting breakthroughs in sustainable agriculture, AI, renewable energy, tourism, and manufacturing.
The three-day event will feature awards in 12 categories, including the Hurricane and Earthquake Alleviation Research (HEAR) Award for students and educators.
Visitors can explore exhibitions, panel discussions, guided tours, and cultural showcases at the JFK Quadrangle.
The festival also offers private sector and government delegates opportunities to invest in UWI innovations, while promoting partnerships to drive research and national development.
