T&T netballers make fast start to Jean Pierre Caribbean title defence

Trinidad and Tobago’s started the defence of their Jean Pierre Caribbean Youth Netball title with two convincing wins over the weekend.

Led by brilliant shooting from Carissa Lara, T&T overwhelmed the Cayman Islands 41-8 on Saturday, and then whipped Grenada 32-12 on Sunday.

Trinidad and Tobago is on a bye today and returns to action on Tuesday against Dominica.

On Monday, action begins at 4pm at UWI SPEC, St Augustine, with Barbados taking on Dominica.
