The European Union has joined forces with the Caribbean Community Implementation Agency for Crime and Security — CARICOM IMPACS — to boost cybersecurity across the region.
The partnership marks the launch of the Caribbean Cybersecurity Strategy and Action Plan, a five-year initiative designed to strengthen digital safety.
The plan focuses on public awareness, capacity building, policy development, and improved response to cyber incidents, while promoting closer regional and international collaboration.
The EU congratulated CARICOM IMPACS for leading this crucial step toward a safer Caribbean digital space.
