Energy Minister Dr Roodal Moonilal is expected to participate in a ministerial panel tomorrow, at the India Energy Week Strategic Conference in Goa.
According to the conference programme, he will speak during a session focused on attracting investment and building global partnerships in oil and gas exploration.
Discussions will centre on energy security, as rising global demand fuels renewed interest in exploration, supported by advances in technology.
The session will also highlight the need for clearer policies, investment incentives, and stronger regional and public-private partnerships to unlock untapped energy resources.
Other delegates on the panel include the Energy Ministers from Zimbabwe and Tanzania.
