National hero Akeem Stewart has returned home, after copping a Silver medal at the World Para Athletics Championships.
Akeem excelled in the men’s F44 discuss final on October 3rd in India with an impressive 59.64 metre hurl.
An official welcoming ceremony was held for the athlete at the Diplomatic Lounge of the Piarco airport earlier this afternoon.
