There was a three way tie for the top student in the 2025 SEA Exam.
This announcement came from Education Minister Dr Michael Dowlath during the post cabinet news conference today.
The top performing students are:
1st – Nicholas Dolly, Sandhya Maharaj, Xavier Telesford
4th – Kailash Dialsingh
5th – Ashlynn Ramkissoon
In July, all five were announced as the top students for this year’s exam, however the exact performance order was not given at the time.
According to Mr Dowlath, 68.2% of the Top 200 students in the 2025 SEA Exam came from denominational schools, 20.4% went to private schools and 11.4% were from government schools
