The West Indies Men’s Under-19 team will host their Sri Lankan counterparts in a seven-match Youth ODI series.
This will be played from August 25th to September 16th in Antigua.
The first four matches will take place at Coolidge Cricket Ground and the remaining three at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium.
The Windies will be led by Barbadian Joshua Dorne, who recently led his countrymen to the Rising Stars Under-19 title.
CWI says the series will serve as vital match preparation ahead of the 2026 ICC Men’s Under-19 World Cup to be held in Zimbabwe and Namibia next January.
The regional side will also contest a tri-series with England and the USA later in the year to aid their preparation for the international showpiece at the turn of the year.
