Work is expected to begin this week to replace the collapsed portion of a deteriorated concrete sewer pipeline on Sutton Street, San Fernando.
WASA’s Acting Director Wastewater Services, Krishna Persadsingh, said due to this, part of the area will be closed to vehicular traffic to complete these works.
The public will be notified of the works and traffic disruption prior to its commencement.
Mr Persadsingh was speaking during an assessment in the San Fernando West constituency on Saturday.
