A shocking discovery was made at the Tyrico Beach Facility early this morning when a beachgoer found the body of an unidentified man.
The victim, believed to be of Indo-Trinidadian descent and aged between 45 and 50, was described as heavy-set and was found with both hands and feet bound, wearing red shorts.
