Three police officers have been granted $60,000 bail each, after appearing in court charged with corruption.
The officers, one woman sergeant and two male constables are accused of soliciting a $6,000 bribe and accepting $5,000 from a man on June 17th.
The incident reportedly took place in the Central Division, where the female officer allegedly threatened to arrest the man and his employee, a Venezuelan national, unless the bribe was paid.
All three are to stay 100 feet away from the victim as investigations continue.
