Martin Lum Kin has been voted out as TTUTA President, and now replaced by Crystal Bevin Ashe, a educator for the past 32 years.
In the association’s elections held yesterday, Mr. Ashe received 3546 votes, more than three times the amount of his nearest competitor, who was Mr. Lum Kin.
In total six candidate vied for the post of President. Four other positions were finalized in the elections yesterday, including General Secretary and Treasurer.
