Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, along with several Cabinet ministers, will take part in a special sitting of the Tobago House of Assembly legislature tomorrow afternoon.
The delegation is scheduled to travel to Tobago from today for an official visit, following an invitation from Chief Secretary Farley Augustine.
During the visit, the Prime Minister, AG John Jeremie, and Mr. Augustine are expected to hold discussions on Tobago’s autonomy.
Meetings will also be conducted between the visiting Ministers and their respective THA line secretaries.
Cabinet Ministers joining the delegation also include Jearlean John, Barry Padarath, Saddam Hosein, Dave Tancoo, Michael Dowlath, Roger Alexander, and Dominic Smith.
