More than 3,700 pounds of trash has been collected from the Foreshore coastline, along the Audrey Jeffers Highway on Saturday.
The waste included nearly 1,000 pounds of plastic and over 2,600 pounds of miscellaneous debris, including appliances, electronics and tyres.
This came as part of the International Coastal Clean-up, across 30 clean-up sites across the country.
It was led by the Planning Ministry and involved 234 volunteers, including diplomats and staff from various agencies.
