The NAAATT says Akeem Stewart should be honoured for his silver medal win in the Discus F44 final.
At the World Para Athletics Championships in New Delhi earlier today, the Tobago-based athlete threw a distance of 59.64 meters, to earn his second major medal within the last year.
NAAATT General Secretary Jehue Gordon told 103.1FM News that Stewart should receive top honours.

Gordon, a former world champion hurdler, said Stewart continues to churn out medals for Trinidad and Tobago despite great obstacles.
