Two weather alerts have now been discontinued for Trinidad and Tobago.
First, the Hazardous Seas Alert has been ended, as rough northerly swells have eased, however possibility remains for larger breakers to still occur along northern and Gulf coastlines.
Mariners have been advised to assess sea conditions before heading out.
Meanwhile, the Adverse Weather Alert has also been lifted.
While there is the possibility of showers and isolated thunderstorms, the risk of impactful weather has decreased.
However, with saturated soils, localized flooding and landslides remain possible.
Motorists and residents in vulnerable areas are urged to stay cautious.
