Police are investigating the murder of a 38-year-old D’Abadie man.
According to the T&T Express, Isaiah Garcia was gunned down outside his apartment on First Street West shortly after 7am today.
The victim reportedly wore an ankle monitor and his murder reportedly occurred mere hours before he was due to appear in court for a shooting-related offence.
