Works Minister Jearlean John has met with WASA officials in a bid to strengthen infrastructure planning and delivery.
Matters discussed ranged from spot patching to leak repairs and permanent restorations.
According to a social media post from the Ministry, the focus is to “align timelines, allocate resources efficiently and get things right the first time.”
It adds that once work is done, “commuters should feel the difference.”
The meeting included WASA CEO Dain Maharaj, as well as technical teams from the Ministry and the Authority.
