The Judiciary says contrary to some media reports, there will be no road closures or traffic restrictions for the opening of the 2025-2026 Law Term.

That event is carded for September 16th at the Hall of Justice in Port of Spain.

The Judiciary says this year’s event has been scaled down and will not include a Service of Divine Worship or Parade.

Instead, the only activity will be the formal Court Sitting

As such, it says there will be no road closures or traffic restrictions in the capital this year for the event.
