A couple were robbed at Vessigny Beach on Wednesday evening by two men who took their car and valuables.
The men, who were unarmed, took the couple’s blue Nissan Almera valued at $35,000, their cell phones, cash, and bank cards.
The robbers escaped in the stolen car.
The man and a woman were sitting on the beach around 5 p.m. when the incident occurred.
La Brea police are investigating.
