Caribbean Airlines is rolling out a major upgrade for travellers with the launch of proactive baggage notifications across its entire network.
The airline says customers will now receive timely email updates at key points of their journey — including when their bags are loaded onto the aircraft and when they arrive at their destination.
Acting CEO Nirmala Ramai says the new system tackles one of passengers’ biggest concerns, offering greater confidence and transparency.
The feature follows the full implementation of Luggage Logistics’ Load & Track system at all Caribbean Airlines stations.
