Caribbean Airlines has suspended flights between Trinidad and Caracas, Venezuela.
CAL’s statement shared on social media reads, “Caribbean Airlines advises that effective immediately, flights between Trinidad and Caracas, Venezuela will be suspended for the month of September 2025.”
It adds that persons with bookings are being contacted and may rebook without any change fees, subject to certain conditions.
The Airline also published a list of anticipated questions and answers.
CAL did not state the reason for the decision, however it comes in the midst of increased tensions following a recent U.S. military strike in the southern Caribbean.
