Work will begin immediately to install a bailey bridge along the North Coast Road to Brasso Seco.
This, after the road collapsed yesterday, leading to complete isolation of the village, according to Opposition Leader Pennelope Beckles-Robinson.
Responding to a question in the Lower House today, Works Minister Jerlean John said the bridge is a short term remedy and will be installed within 10 days.
