103.1FM wishes to apologize to the Desalination Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited for the publication of information allegedly about the Desalination Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited contained in a Facebook post on November 11th 2025 and on other platforms.
103.1FM is satisfied that the information contained in the Facebook post on November 11th 2025 and on other platforms had no basis in fact and was plainly incorrect.
The Industrial Court did not order Desalcott to reinstate any workers and did not order Desalcott to compensate any workers as a result of a lock-out.
