Yet another tanker has been seized by U.S. forces.
According to U.S. Southern Command, Motor Vessel Sagitta was apprehended without incident.
It adds that the apprehension of another tanker operating in defiance of President Trump’s established quarantine of sanctioned vessels in the Caribbean “demonstrates its resolve to ensure that the only oil leaving Venezuela will be oil that is coordinated properly and lawfully.”
The seizure was executed under Operation Southern Spear.
