The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service has intensified its partnership with key stakeholders to boost safety and maintain public order in Port of Spain under Operation Festive Shield.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Suzette Martin, who serves as Gold Commander for Christmas 2025 and Carnival 2026, chaired a high-level meeting yesterday with city officials and community representatives.
Discussions focused on increased police patrols, better traffic and crowd control during major events, and stronger communication with the public.
Deputy Commissioner Martin thanked partners for their collaboration and reaffirmed the TTPS’s commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, businesses, and visitors this festive season.
