T&T U20 Head Coach Marvin Gordon has accepted full responsibility for the team’s 2-2 draw with Bermuda in the opening match of the Concacaf U20 Championships.
Gordon believes too many of the players were not at their best on the day, and failed to capitalize on the chances created.
He also remains optimistic about the team’s prospects in the tournament, saying “We’re still in this. We believe we can achieve something good here. It’s about staying positive going into the next game.”
Preparations already underway for the upcoming fixture against Barbados, and Gordon emphasised focus and determination.
According to the TTFA, Trinidad and Tobago need a win over Barbados to remain mathematically in contention to advance from the group by the final match day.
